Football?...Spiderman?

It's gonna be a busy Labor Day weekend for Daniel. First LSU football game. First hurricane.

He thought about pulling himself up on the coffee table today, but mommy had to intervene. He was still in his footies and it was going to end badly.

He now has all the skills necessary to get from his back to standing up. He can roll over. He can push himself to his knees (feet actually). He can get from this position to sitting down without falling. And he can pull himself up to stand. He has the most success on his own in his crib, but he also does it while climbing on us.

And the other day, at daycare, I spied him sitting on the edge of a firm boppy-like sitting cushion. Butt on the pillow, feet on the floor. Like it was a park bench. So cute.
